We are pleased to present Unite by Night’s first official Strategic Plan for 2020 to 2023. This three year plan is the culmination of the combined efforts of our dedicated founder group and Board of Directors and was a focus of our activities in 2019.

Our Strategic Plan combines Unite by Night’s unique operations model, knowledge of the Western New York (WNY) nonprofit sector, and creative problem solving skills to address the challenges faced by Americans facing the systemic issues of racism, bias, and discrimination.
